Latest update after Swiss Bank has agreed to disclose the funds&. Our Indians' Money - 70, 00,000 Crores Rupees In Swiss Bank 1) Yes, 70 lakhs crores rupees of India are lying in Switzerland banks. This is the highest amount lying outside any country, from amongst 180 countries of the world, as if India is the champion of Black Money. 2) Swiss Government has officially written to Indian Government that they are willing to inform the details of holders of 70 lakh crore rupees in their Banks, if Indian Government officially asks them. 3) On 22-5-08, this news has already been published in The Times of India and other Newspapers based on Swiss Government's official letter to Indian Government. 4) But the Indian Government has not sent any official enquiry to Switzerland for details of money which has been sent outside India between 1947 to 2008.. The opposition party is also equally not interested in doing so because most of the amount is owned by politicians and it is every Indian's money. 5) This money belongs to our country. From these funds we can repay 13 times of our country's foreign debt. The interest alone can take care of the Center s yearly budget. People need not pay any taxes and we can pay Rs. 1 lakh to each of 45 crore poor families. 6) Let us imagine, if Swiss Bank is holding Rs. 70 lakh Crores, then how much money is lying in other 69 Banks? How much they have deprived the Indian people? Just think, if the Account holder dies, the bank becomes the owner of the funds in his account. 7) Are these people totally ignorant about the philosophy of Karma? What will this ill-gotten wealth do to them and their families when they own/use such money, generated out of corruption and exploitation? 8) Indian people have read and have known about these facts. But the helpless people have neither time nor inclination to do anything in the matter. This is like "a new freedom struggle" and we will have to fight this. 9) This money is the result of our sweat and blood.. The wealth generated and earned after putting in lots of mental and physical efforts by Indian people must be brought back to our country. 10) As a service to our motherland and your contribution to this struggle, please circulate at least 10 copies of this note amongst your friends and relatives and convert it into a mass .

நூடுல்ஸ் சிக்கல்

DO NOT IGNORE THIS ........ Especially those fond of Maggi......
'CORRECT WAY OF COOKING NOODLES'The correct way to cook instant noodles without harming our bodies and health. `Normally, how we cook the instant noodles is to put the noodles into a pot with water, throw in the powder and let it cook for around 3 minutes and then it's ready to eat. This is the WRONG method of cooking the instant noodles.By doing this, when we actually boil the ingredients in the powder, normally with MSG (Aginomoto), it will change the molecular structures of the MSG causing it to be toxic. The other thing that you may or may not realize is that, the noodles are coated with wax and it will take around 4 to 5 days for the body to excrete the wax after you have taken the noodles.CORRECT METHOD :1. boil the noodles in a pot with water.2. once the noodles is cooked, take out the noodles, and throw away the water which contains wax.3.. boil another pot of water till boiling and put the noodles into the hot boiling water and then shut the fire.4. only at this stage when the fire is off, and while the water is very hot, put the ingredient with the powder into the water, to make noodle soup.5. however, if you need dry noodles, take out the noodles and add the ingredient with the powder and toss it to get dry noodles.Dietician's Note: If you buy plain ha kk a noodles you may initially need to boil it in water and discard the water. This will softenthe noodles, but to prevent it from sticking we need to add a tbsp of oil, also the noodles are deep fried partially to make it crunchy and then dust it with flour to prevent it from sticking while boiling. Hence when you buy the noodles they are already made unhealthy and this is the type we use to make stir fry noodles, and the regular maggi too is made the same way plus they add MSG/ ajinomoto and other chemical preservatives. A large number of patient with the ages ranging from 18-24 years are ending up with pancreatitis either as a swelling or infection of thepancreas due to regular consumption of instant noodles.... If the frequency is more than 3 times a week, then it is very hazardous...Please share this info and help save a life.

வரி சட்டம் என்ன சொல்கிறது

March 22, 2010 FROM THE PAGES OF HINDU
Should PAN be necessary in every case?
You have highlighted the liberalization proposed in matters relating to tax deduction at source (TDS) in the Finance Bill, 2010. However, there is a nightmare looming large with effect from April 1, 2010 in view of the amendment made by the Finance (No.2) Act, 2009, to Sec. 206AA which requires deduction of tax at the prohibitive rate of 20 per cent for every disbursement covered by tax deduction at source, if Permanent Account Number (PAN) of the deductee is not made available to the deductor.
It is made clear that in the absence of PAN, no certificate of nil deduction or deduction at a lower rate can be authorised under Sec. 197. Similarly, no self-declaration for nil deduction can be filed under Sec. 197A by individuals, including senior citizens, in Form 15G or 15H. This will place considerable difficulty for many small taxpayers who do not require PAN and do not have them.
The serious difficulties brought on this class of persons, who fall below the exemption limit, may be brought to the notice of the government.
Sec. 139A requires Permanent Account Number (PAN) to be obtained only by those who have assessable total income or turnover exceeding Rs. 5 lakh or charitable institutions which are exempt but are required to file return under Sec. 139(4A) of the Act.
The notification may be issued for any other class of persons for whom such PAN will be required.
Revenue's interest is sufficiently protected for tracking persons having notified transactions above the prescribed limit without PAN by requiring declaration in Form 60 prescribed under Rule 114B with complete details of identity and address of the declarant.
There is, therefore, no purpose in requiring PAN from persons who do not have taxable income and, in most cases, who are not likely to have taxable income in view of the exemption limit, which covers less than 3-4 per cent of the total population.
Banks and other institutions find that they will have to deduct tax at 20 per cent in a very large number of small investors, who can no longer file self-declaration of non-liability, since they are most reluctant to apply for PAN because of their apprehension as to possible harassment from the Income Tax Department, though there may be no justification for such apprehension.
Great burden
Deduction of tax at this punitive rate would result in collection of enormous amount of refundable tax putting a great burden on the taxpayers in having such tax locked up and with the need for filing return along with refund application in such cases.
Tax administration itself will be burdened with the task of monitoring tax deductions.
There is also likelihood of many of the persons shifting their investments or splitting them to avoid tax deduction at source by having income from each such investment below the tax deductible limit.
There is also no point in loading the system with an enormous number of taxpayers with no liability and placing a strain on computerisation and in retrieval of information therefrom.
There had been a number of complaints on this issue with mounting pressure as the D-Day is drawing near. It is understood that writs have been filed against this provision before the Andhra Pradesh and the Madras High Courts and these have been admitted and notice ordered.
It is necessary that the tax administration does not leave the matter for litigation.
Review and withdrawal of this provision, when the Finance Bill, 2010, becomes law, would be a welcome measure.

விசச் செடிகள் நமது அருகில்

As received,

This web has a useful and clear illustration of common houseplants poisonous to people and pets.
http://www.rediffmail.com/cgi-bin/red.cgi?red=http%3A%2F%2Fwww%2Edenverplants%2Ecom%2Ffoliage%2Fhtml%2FPoisonous%5FPlants%2Ehtm&isImage=0&BlockImage=0

Dear all,
Please read below. The message is true. I almost lost my daughter who put a piece of the leaf of this plant in her mouth and her tongue swelled to the point of suffocation. This is one plant (படம் மேலே )(but there are others with the same characteristics of coloring. Those are also poisonous and we should get rid of them. Please watch out for our children. As we all leave our children home in the hands of the helpers, we should give them a safe environment where they can play.
"This plant that we have in our homes and offices is extremely dangerous!
This plant is common in Kenya , Rwanda, Uganda in plant nurseries, many offices and homes. It is a deadly poison, mainly for the children.. It can kill a kid in less than a minute and an adult in 15 minutes. It should be uprooted from gardens and taken out of offices. If touched, one should never touch ones eyes; it can cause partial or permanent blindness. Please alert your buddies.

தொழிற் சங்க விவகாரம்

Memorundum submitted by Sri K.Marudhanayagm ,Secretary, P 3, Tiruchirappalli division, Tiruchirappalli, 620001 to Sri K.V.Sridharan, General Secretary of NFPE on 25/04/2010.
May Day as a holiday
In variably all the working class all over the world celebrating the May Day as a workers day and participate the events due to holiday with relevance to that day. But the serving classes for masses like us are denied leave on that day. Therefore the postal peoples are unable to participate & contribute their dues in the labor front.
Hence the postal department shall declare the May Day as a holiday in coming years for full fledged celebrations.
Counting RTP service for all purposes
It is sadden to note that during the period of 1980 -1990 department chosen large number of Postal assistants in the RTP category. The services of such recruits was utilized by the department utmost level in all branches.
All over India large numbers of such RTPs were engaged to the maximum period of 10 to 12 years with the hope of permanency. At last after spending their youthful period in casual nature they got absorbed in our department.
But the service rendered to our department to the tune of 10 years is not considered for any purposes. This leads to huge financial losses to the official while calculating the pension, gratuity etc. Therefore the entire RTP period of the candidates irrespective of the duration should be taken to account for all departmental benefits early.
Inclusion of waiting RRs in to department
Another round of RTP matter is still going on in our department as replica of 1990’model.After 1995 the waiting list of RR candidates are not cleared in our division and there are no early signs for their permanency even after lot of litigations.
The legal battle is going on without any conclusion at the cost of RTP’s life. It is noteworthy here to mention that all the aspirants are the losers of their bread winner and leading subsistence with meager remuneration.
Moreover the department technically rejected the entire compassionate contender with flimsy reasons. The scheme is exists only in paper due to mischievous interpretations on various points by our higher ups such as IPOs& ASPos.
Hence our union will initiate this matter with DG Post for absorption in their cadre without any further delay. The appointment for dependents shall not be denied at any cost, those who are deceased in the deadliest like cancer, tumour and other renal diseases with the huge medical expenses.
DSMs and their problems
The pathetic states of DSMs & SAs are crying the need of union intervention in all levels. The territorial limits for above officials is sky edge. Some time they surpassed the territorial limits of regional PMGs to attend the faults.
Hence it is a high time to define the limits, service conditions, power and other secondary things. Each DSM shall be allotted with specific area within their reach with lesser travelling time and with minimum to maximum number of PCs for their disposal. Then time frame for attending the faults may also consider.
Revision of working hours for Head office
The present working hours of savings branch of head post office Tiruchirappalli head office shall be revised as 10 .00 Hrs to 18.00 Hrs at early in harmony with all other branches of head post office.
Dispensing extended hour of speed booking
At present most of the sub post offices extended with the facility of late night speed booking for the alleged convenience of member public. The traffic & revenue in the late hour is not commendable one. Such extended hour at the cost of man power, power, and expenses incurred for conveyance leads to revenue lose to our department.
Hence these extension hours shall be dispensed at once from the post office to save the energy & revenue.

Delivery of Speed post by beat post man.
At present the speed post article handed over to speed post man for effecting delivery. The traffic of speed is unpredictable in most of the time and dumping huge volume of article to speed postman leads to delay in delivery. The articles accumulated in too many fold in some days and delivery man unable to deliver the article in time.
Hence considering the low traffic of registered post the speed article will be entrusted to post man in lieu of registered letters for effective delivery with the early arrival of mails to delivery offices.
Eradication of Project Arrow’s daft
Now the department visualized and thrusted their own concept namely Project Arrow to selective post offices in all over India. The daft things are carried out by the lower formation to show the scheme as success is highly regular, improper and against the rulings of all postal volumes.
All accountable articles handed over to postman without any entry in the records and delivered articles shown in records in the evening as a centum in the delivery statistics. Thus the delivery figure manipulated as zero return and compiled up to DG level to pretend the scheme as success.
Grant of Holiday OTA to HO staff
Now the postal staff of Tiruchirappalli Ho denied the OTA for their holiday duty at par with their counterparts at Tiruchi fort, Teppakulam post offices. The staff those who are involved in holiday duty shall be granted OTA henceforth.
Atrocious attitude while doing PLI/R PLI business by superiors
In recent past the aggressive trend shown by the superiors in the procurement of RPLI/PLI business is great concern for the union. Divisional administration became standstill from the month of December and all the superiors are not in the mood to hear & solve the genuine problems of subordinates.

Masquerade as marketing gurus they went to nook & corner of the division and using all possible means including coercion, duress, undue influence, bullying through phones, & circulors without any foresight or prudence.
They are misselling the insurance products floating all norms of insurance & postal rulings. Is our department ready to supply the % of live policies to public? Such figures alone expose the prudence and sustainability of our insurance business.
The gross violation of all norms has been critically exposed by the Medias and experienced by our staff in March 2010 in so many offices. Therefore the all India union will interfere in this matter and pluck all the irregularities in the coming financial year in all post offices of our country.
Golden jubilee celebration of 1960 strike
Now we are in the 50 th year of 1960 strike. Such historical strike faded from the memory of young comrades. To energies the union peoples and to know the history of such struggle and sacrifice of our people we must celebrate the golden jubilee of 1960 strike that falls on 12/07/2010.It is noteworthy to mention here, from our Tiruchirappalli division Com Ganaiah,Com S.Ganesan were lead the struggle.
WOMENS CONVENTION SHALL BE ORGANISED
At present large number of women employees working in all central government organizations .Their share in the work force increased many folds in the past 20 years. In future the women force alone lead in all fronts of trade union activities. In order to train the trade union activities and other organizational matters it is proposed conduct all women convention among working class at Tiruchirappalli in coming days. For the convention we may invite all the women working central, state & PSUs in our town.
Torture by procuring out sourcing works
After experiencing vary terrible experiences in the name under taking out sourcing works from various organizations now our department entered in to one venture namely ‘’Distribution of text books’’ through post offices. In Tiruchirappalli large number of GDS, MEs and PRI (P) s engaged that work at TN text book corporation depot.
Such work involved much labour and the officials are bound to do load man work instead of postal works at their stockroom. Such type of work will definitely lower our image in the eye of state government official and member public.
In adjacent division one divisional head did not compensate the GDS involved such labourious works in proper manner. The Supdt of post offices instructed informally to the postmaster to manage the work locally with food expense alone.
By such deeds our higher ups are implementing real version ‘’ food for job’’ scheme for postal officials. For such restriction it is alleged by the divisional head the cost of the work is under priced erroneously.
In order to restore the dignity and decorum of our department & staff such ridiculous should not be undertaken in future.

Dear friends,
Got an interesting fact to share.. Now a days each one of us carry Hi Fi Mobile devices and always fear that it may be stolen. Each mobile carries a unique IMEI i.e International Mobile Identity No which can be used to track your mobile anywhere in the world.. This is how it works!!!!!! 1. Dial *#06# from your mobile. 2.Your mobile shows a unique 15 digit . 3.Note down this no anywhere but except your mobile as this is the no which will help trace your mobile in case of a theft. 4.Once stolen you just have to mail this 15 digit IMEI no. to cop@vsnl.net 5.No need to go to police. 6.Your Mobile will be traced within next 24 hrs via a complex system of GPRS and internet. 7.You will find where your hand set is being operated even in case your no is being changed. PASS ON THIS VERY IMP MESSAGE TO ALL YOUR FRIENDS AND RELATIVES.

NSC vs deposits
This is with reference to the timely article on the above subject in Business Line of March 22, which make it clear that NSC is, no doubt, preferred over the five-year banks’ tax-saving deposit by the middle-class and upper-middle-class tax-payers in view of its liquidity as well as tax benefit on the interest accrued portion every year.
It is a sorry state of affairs that banks, considered the backbone of the economy and whose deposits are used for the welfare of the downtrodden and upliftment of various sectors through concessionary lending, and neglected by the government in terms of making their tax-saving deposits at par with National Savings Certificates, particularly from the tax benefits angle.
The lock-in period of the tax saving deposits should be reduced from the existing five years to three years and depositors should be able to raise loans against deposits, as available for NSCs. The interest earned on the deposits should also be considered as further investment and the same may be extended under Section 80C. This will be more attractive to the large number of depositors who will deploy their funds for tax savings.
The Indian Banks Association and the people at the helm of affairs in the banks should take up the matter with the appropriate authorities to make the necessary changes, as suggested above, in the ensuing Finance Bill.

Friends..... .. They love you, but they are not your lover They care for you, but they are not from your family They are ready to share your pain, but they are not in your blood relation. They are FRIENDS! !!!! True friend...... . Scolds like a DAD.. Cares like a MOM.. Teases like a SISTER.. Irritates like a BROTHER.. And finally loves U more than a LOVER. Send 2 all ur good friends
Dear All,With deep pains (and tears in my eyes), i am sorry to inform You that yesterday morning, one of my dear friend's elder son (Mr. Aditya Suresh Joshi, name changed), age 19, studying in 1st year of engineering, died in Keshvani Hospital, Mumbai. He was admitted in Keshavani Hospital as burned patient.Reason4 days back this boy had gone to Amravati (One of the district place located in State of Maharashtra) on study tour. After their study was over, he, his classmates & his teachers, all of them were standing on "Badnera" railway station to catch the train. "Badnera" is the name of the railway station for "Amravati" city.As soon as they arrived on Badnera Railway station, many of them started taking pictures of their friends using "Mobile Phones" and/or "Digital Camera". One of them complained that, in his camera, he was not able to capture more number of friends in one frame. He was not able to catch the angle. Another boy suggested that let's climb on train boogie and take picture so that all of them can be accommodated in single frame. At that there was one goods wagon (all of them were oil tankers) train resting between 2 main railway lines. Kumar Aditya climbed up oil boogie. Above his head, 40,000 volts electrical line was passing through. As soon as he clicked the digital camera? 40,000 volt current passed through the camera flash light to his camera and then from his camera to his fingers and then from his fingers to his body. All this happened within fraction of minutes. Next moment he was thrown from the top. His body was half burned on the spot.At that time, his father (my friend) was traveling in Bangkok. His many friends in Pune came to know about this via mobile SMS. They instantly arranged air ambulance in Amravati and his burned body was brought to Keshavani Hospital, Mumbai. i was told that this is the best hospital in Mumbai. For 1 and 1/2 day or so he was talking to his relatives. When he was admitted to the hospital, at that time only, doctor informed his relatives that don't keep great hopes. Because of lot of complex issues in half burned body? He died yesterday morning.
Now how many of us are aware about this technological threats & dangers? Honestly, Kumar Aditya and his father was not aware. His family was not aware. Our entire friend circle of more than 12,000, we were not aware. Now should we call ourselves as fully educated and fully knowledgeable people? Think of it. Please avoid mobile phones on petrol outlets. Please avoid talking on mobile phones while driving. i also know many of my friends who do not bother about this good suggestion and each one of them have opted for "Chalta Hai Yaar Attitude". Please avoid talking on mobile phones while they are in charging mode. Avoid charging mobile phones near Your bed and/or near wooden furniture. Avoid mobile phones near high voltage electrical lines like railway stations and use flash lights. My friend, his family members and we all friends learned our lesson with loss of young life. Now Would You like to empower Your friends about this accident so as to avoid future accidents? We can save human life by empowering all the IT users who are in Your network? i have done "My Karma {with deep pains & tears in my eyes}" by empowering You about this horrible experience

Even in countries India is looking to for cooperation nuclear projects are marred by delays. In a recent ranking of nuclear utilities in the US, ranking service Moody’s ranked the proposed nuclear reactors poorly in terms of viability due to cost overruns. The second bottleneck is technology. Fast breeder reactors necessary for the second stage of India’s nuclear programme are fraught with financial and health risks. Plutonium used in them is 30,000 times more radioactive than uranium-235 used in heavy water reactors. Fast reactors generate a lot of heat in very small volume and use molten metals, like liquid sodium, to remove the heat. Since sodium burns on contact with air or water, a leak can be dangerous. These reactors are also costly to build and maintain, though they partially solve the problem of disposing of plutonium-rich spent fuel.Worldwide, fast breeder reactors have been abandoned. The Superphénix reactor in France was shut down in 1997 after a sodium leak and a roof cave-in. Russia began constructing one in 1987 but did not finish it. Japan shut down its Monju reactor after a fire caused by a sodium leak. The US and Germany pursued large breeder programmes for several decades before abandoning them. Amusing? Consider this: Germany sold its US $5 billion worth fast breeder reactor to a Dutch entrepreneur who converted it into an amusement park.

LEGAL AWARENESS

To
Chief Information Commissioner
Central Information Commission
Block 4, Old JNU Complex
New Delhi, 110 067

From
A.Saroja
No 4, Rajiv Gandhi Nagar
Pettai SO
Tirunelveli, 627 002

Sir,
I hereby submit my appeal against the order of appellate authority cum Director Postal Services of Southern Region,Madurai ,625002 Tamilnadu.

In the outset I wish to submit the facts of my case for that, we are in the need of clarifications for claiming the amount due on savings account stands in the name of my husband B.Aruncachalm. My husband deceased on 23/05/2009 at my native leaving one savings bank account in his name at Pettai post office in Tirunelveli Town with the balance of Rs 43400/25 p (Forty Three Thousand & Four Hundred /25 p Only).

After the death, I preferred a claim for the dues as a wife of the deceased with the documents prescribed in the postal rulings to he postmaster of Pettai post office. However, the postmaster misquoted and misinterpreted the postal rulings and demanded the legal heir ship certificate for forwarding the claim to sanctioning authority.

After some intense arguments, I convince the postmaster in tune with postal rulings that there is no requirement for legal heir certificate if the claim not exceeds one lakh. The claim can be settled under oath on solemn affirmation before any authorities mentioned in the claim form.

To my surprise the claim papers has been returned to my residential address in the name of deceased for want of legal heir ship certificate. After receiving the documents, I lodged a web complaint in the DOP web site for getting the clarification in production of legal heir certificate for claim settlement. (Copy Enclosed).Once again they put a conventional reply and closed the complaint in midway.
Then I moved to the PIO cum Senior Supdt of Post offices,Tirunelveli Divn, 627002 under the RTI Act 2005 for reaching the finality in this matter.(Copy Enclosed). But in reply they never disputed the rulings of claim settlement on the basis of oath on solemn affirmation.

However, in convention (not in postal rulings) all claims without nomination if it is below one lakh we demanding the legal heir certificate for settlement. Such reply given by the CPIO is fully evasive and defensive in nature to safe guard their stand that is very much infringement with the claim rulings of DOP.

Aggrieved by this reply I preferred appeal against the orders to the Director Postal Services of Southern Region,Madurai ,625002 Tamilnadu. The reply given by the appellate authority is enclosed here with for your ready reference. The reply given in appeal by the appellate authority is fully defensive in nature to safe guard the ignorance of the postal officials and insisting the claimant to go beyond the postal rulings for settling their claim

In reply, for question number (a) by the CPIO it clearly confirmed that there is no necessity or mandatory to produce legal heir ship certificate for settling the claim. However, postal authorities demanding it to avoid counter claim & for identification purpose. Insisting the documents not mentioned in the postal savings bank rulings & DG post circulars are highly irregular and irrational.

Nevertheless, appellate authority not take the decision on tune with postal rulings and reasoning given in appeal is highly evasive & chaotic. As per the DG, Post’s circular the following documents alone required for settling the claim with out nomination it is not exceeding one lakh.

1) Claim form (SB-84) 2) Pass book or receipt of passbook
3) Proof of death of depositor 4) Consent or dissent statements of near relatives left behind by the depositor.

Besides there is a penal provision in the claim form it self to punish the offenders if any under Indian Penal Code for giving false declaration before any postal officers or authorities mentioned for taking oath or impersonation or concealment of vital information or criminal breach of trust.
The question of submission of legal heir ship certificate does not arise in any juncture as per the current claim rulings. But compelling such document by the postal authorities due to ignorance of claim rulings has been wrap up by the both PIO & appellate authorities.

Then in appeal DPS,Madurai gave a clean chit to the local postmaster and claim sanctioning authorities to settle the claim with their highest degree of satisfaction leads to the sky edge. For that, they can demand any documents like legal heir or succession certificate even though that is not in postal rulings.

Giving such unfettered right to the sanctioning authorities beyond the postal rulings and DG’s post circular is surely irrational but making them greater than the authority of DG post. Such bleak reply will leads to lot of mischievous interpretation in the all post offices and fix a customer in a complicated situation.

Then the sanctioning authorities must satisfy themselves with in the postal rulings not beyond that. Enlarge their way by way of such unregulated reply that is not in the purview of postal rulings may be corrected at least this time will guard the interest of customers.

Then the DPS defended the return of claim paper by the Sub Post master (SPM), Pettai, 627002 and mentioning him as sanctioning authority in appeal incorrectly & deliberately. Until toady SPM is, only a forwarding authority in connection with claim in case of there is no nomination. The competent authority is Postmaster, Tirunelveli in this case,

In reply citing the succession certificate and talk about so much of statutes in my case is unreasonable & confusing the matter further because postal authorities distinctively mentioned about the requirement of succession certificate if the claims exceeds one lakhs, which is having no nomination. (Ruling enclosed).More over SPM is not administering oath in this case.

The claimant at his liberty present before any postmaster in our country for giving oath.Claim-sanctioning authority can verify the authenticity through their channel. So SPM,Pettai is no need to bother about he legitimacy of my claim owing to the claim form has been attested by the Sub Postmaster of Admn Office So (BHEL),Tiruchirappalli,620014.(Ruling enclosed)

With reference to web complaint I am once again cocksure about the reply given by the concerned is incorrect and closed in the middle. They put a reply in web only for my first query inaccurately and before my further query, they closed the complaint abruptly. (Print out enclosed)

They put irrelevant reply in the subject matter in net. In addition, for further clarifications in connection with request the order or rulings for mandatory production of legal heir ship certificate put forth by me not answered. However, in appeal DPS Madurai has been affirmed with unfairness the net reply in full pledged one. It can be compared with the postal rulings whether it is complete one.

Therefore, I request your good self that the case may decide in favor with the present claim rulings enshrined in postal rulings and with Director General (Posts), orders and the authority concerned may kindly be instructed to settle the claim in present form at once.

I am ready to supply any further information if necessary.

Thanking you

Yours faithfully
